Visit of Cultural Meeting Representatives to the Mayor of Larissa

Today, Monday, August 26, 2024, representatives of the Cultural Meeting visited the Mayor of Larissa, Mr. Athanasios Mamakos. The purpose of the meeting was to introduce themselves and inform the Mayor about the organization of the 7th Cultural Dance Meeting, which will take place in the Larissa region from Monday, August 26, to Friday, August 30, 2024.

In attendance at the meeting were Mr. Miltos Kitsios, President of the Halki Cultural Association (E.S. Chalkis), Mr. Vangelis Pipertzis, Secretary of the Halki Cultural Association, Mr. Stelios Danavaras, President of the Sykourio Cultural Association (M.E.S. Sykouriou), Artistic Director Sotiris Karavasilis, and Coordinators Giorgos Katranas and Vasilis Karavasilis.

During the meeting, the goals and significance of the event were discussed. The event is expected to bring together dance groups and cultural organizations from various parts of the world, promoting friendship, mutual understanding, and cultural exchange among the participants.

Mr. Mamakos expressed his support for the event, emphasizing its value in showcasing the cultural wealth of Larissa and the broader region.
